Practice Owner
Dr. Howard graduated from the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine at Virginia Tech in 2000. She received her Bachelor's degree in biology from Towson University. She has experience in private practice and Shelter Medicine, Surgery, and Dentistry. She has a special interest in surgery and shelter medicine and to fighting pet overpopulation through spay and neuter programs. She started Spay Now in the summer of 2008. She lives in Queenstown with her husband and cats.
Veterinarian
Dr. Ebony T. Mallory received her BS in Animal Science from The University of Maryland, College Park in 2004 and her DVM from Tuskegee University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2008. She also received a Masters of Science in Shelter Medicine from the University of Florida in 2017. Dr. Mallory’s passion is shelter medicine and HQHV surgery. In her free time, she loves to read and spend time with her two dogs and two cats.

Manager/Veterinary Assistant
Erica came on board in January 2014. She enjoys the fact that every day she is able to be around animals and that she gets to meet new people while working. Erica has always had animals growing up so she was a natural when it came to handling our client's pets. She has gained experience over the last couple years by fostering kittens through the local rescues and shelters. While Erica is not at Spay Now she likes to go to the beach and spend time with her niece, nephew, family and friends. She is also a foodie! Erica's plans for her future are to start attending college to obtain a degree in Veterinary Science.

Client Care Representative
Megan brings a wealth of skills to our clinic by having over a decade worth of experience in the animal field. She has four horses and twelve cats that she loves on daily! Megan also has a big soft spot for animals with special needs. In her free time Megan enjoys training her horse Storm, making pies and camping with her family.
